"On a adoré le lieu !"

L'emplacement avec accès privé et direct à la mer est vraiment incroyable; et à quelques minutes à pied des services. Un lieu où on aurait aimé se poser beaucoup plus que 2 jours pour en profiter pleinement (jardins, espaces extérieurs) si la météo avait été plus clémente. Aménagement moderne et très propre. Le propriétaire rapidement disponible et très aidant même durant la période des fêtes.

Les pièces d'espaces communs (salle à diner et salon) étaient un peu petites dans un contexte de météo hivernale. Toutefois, lorsque la température et belle... les espaces jardins sont multiples et très grands et doivent compenser largement.

"The Seaside apartment was a perfect place to spend time in Istria."

The apartment is lovely and the location is excellent it was walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the beautiful promenade along the shore. The view from the terrace is amazing. You almost don’t want to leave at all. We appreciated that our host was so attentive.

Die Lage ist einfach nur toll. Das schönste ist der gesamte Garten mit Essplatz und BBQ. Einzigartige ist die Badeplatform mit Leiter ins Meer.

Das die Nachbarn des Hauses die Badeplatform mitbenutzen können. Aber das ist Klagen auf höchstem Niveau. Was teilweise wirklich zu einem Problem werden kann, sind die geparkten Autos auf der winzigen Straße zum Haus. Mit unserem Auto sind wir das eine oder andere Mal ganz schön ins schwitzen gekommen. Durchkommen war fast nicht möglich. Wichtig: Die Wohnung ist an sich ebenerdig aber eine steile Treppe führt hinter zu ihr. Nicht behindertengerecht!!!

Wundervolle Lage mit eigenem Zugang zum Meer. Ein stylisch eingerichtetes Appartement, es mangelt an nichts.

Mücken draußen sind gen Abend lästig. Es gibt aber Moskito-Schutz (Kerzen und Räucherstäbchen) im Appartement.

Skvělé! Historická vila, v přízemí moderní prostorný a plně vybavený byt s velkou zastřešenou terasou .Krásná profesionálně založená zahrada s grilem a jídelním stolem pod zelenou pergolou. Odevšad výhled na kouzelné Volosko. Pláž s lehátky a slunečníky přímo pod vilou prakticky jen pro návštěvníky vily. Vše odpovídá popisu. Maximální spokojenost! Rádi se vrátíme.
