"Comfort and luxury to enjoy."

The apartment is certainly luxurious! Everything seems very new, and all fittings and furnishings are superb, with two enormous smart TVs. The bed is the biggest we have ever seen. Parking right outside the door, and it is located only a short walk from the seafront promenade. Communication from the host was excellent, and self-check-in was a breeze.

Despite the really well-equipped kitchen, there was no toaster, which was disappointing. Also, the bath towels were quite small and hardly luxurious, which seemed odd when everything else was so plush.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Mitten in der Stadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Die Lage des Apartments war sehr zentral. Auf der Vorderseite des Apartment-Gebäudes war ein Konzum und gegegenüber gleich eine große Bäckerei. Von unseren Balkon hatten wir einen Ausblick in die Stadt und aufs Meer. Unser Apartment (Nr.1) hatte zusätzlich noch eine Terrasse mit einer Sitzecke. Der Parkplatz war gleich vor unseren Apartment. Nikola (der Vermieter) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

"Top quality apartment!"

Really liked this place. Loved the fact we could park right outside, since we planned to explore more of Istria by car. Everything was top quality in the unit. There was nothing we didn't like. The owner host Nikola was great.

"Luxusne ubytko v centre Opatija s parkovaním"

Super poloha, v centre Opatija, blízko k moru. Parkovanie priamo pri apartmáne, čo je veľký benefit. Všade je platené parkovanie. Apartmán je perfektne vybavený, umývačka na riad. Čo sme si veľmi užili, tak to bola slnkom zaliata terasa.

Kényelmes, nagy terek. A nappali/konyha jól felszerelt, a szobák kényelemesek. Két hálószobával és két külön fürdőszobával. Tökéletes helyezkedés, alatta szupermarket, szemben pékség, fagyizó, környéken éttermek. Gyönyörű kilátás a teraszokról/szobákból a tengerre (házak között).

Everything was perfect! The host was very friendly, the apartment very clean and organised - everything you need for your stay. It is in the city centre, shops, bakeries, pharmacies everything is nearby and also very good restaurants. I would recomend! 10/10
