Nice people, excellent cleanliness, very well equipped apartment. Private parking, a pleasant balcony overlooking the sea.

The apartment is up a steep hill. It is not possible to go for a walk in the area or to the shops on foot because the climb is steep.

Really nice and well equipped apartman. Very good location close to the city center and the beach as well. Nice host.

Apartment was perfect for couple. Spacious bedroom, well equipped kitchen and functional bathroom. Clean and well kept. Location is excellent and private parking is available.

The apartment has absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Owners are very kind and willing to help. We had a nice time there. :)

Apartment Kinkela was wonderful. It was spacious, spotless and the kitchen was very well stocked. It also had a cute little balcony that was covered which was great as it rained a lot during my week in Opatija. The host Sandra was very responsive and accommodating. I recommend highly. The apartment is located one street behind the main street of Opatija. There is a shortcut that gets you there quickly but it is a little bit steep so be prepared to get your cardio exercise walking up the shortcut.

I have nothing negative to say.

Very well equipped, well located apartment with spacious rooms and caring owner. Parking lot belongs to the apartment which is very important in Opatija. The seashore and the city center are within a short walk (mind the steep slopes and stairs).
