Central apartment with beautiful sea view

Very cozy appartment with an amazing view, 2min from Tomaševac beach. There is good noise canceling on windows, since Opatia may be noisy in summer.

The location is perfect, apartment is tidy and clean. We found everything we need for a one week stay. Will definitely come back.

The view is stunning, the beach is near, the athmosphere is cosy! Everything is very near. Good vibes! I reccommend, despite my critics below.

The only bad thing is the size of the couch in the living room. I was not sure and ask about the size, I was given the answer that it is 140 cm wide, but it is not really true: the couch itself is much less wider, and there is a separate matrass put on it. This make it certainly less stable, no way two persons can sleep comfortably on it - maybe two little kids. So this is a perfect appartment for 3, but not for 4. For us (2 adults, 2 teenagers), it was ok, since this was only for one night, and otherwise, really liked the place!

The furnishing of the apartment was very complete and made us feel at home while on holidays. The location was convenient, the landlord also gave detailed instructions on key collection and parking.
