Room was clean and nice as well as the bathroom, maybe the owner could leave some cutlery for the guests as well as some plates, would be really usefull, thank you

it was semi-buried and missing cutlery and saucers and the window looked onto a dark and dirty passage

Parking

Great little place for a short stay in amazing Opatija. It is situated literary on the first line near the seashore, among fancy hotels and historical buildings. This tiny cozy apartment is like a secret room hidden under the stairs in the ancient but well preserved building with a beautiful garden around. Very stylish inside, not very spacious, but has everything you need for a stay. Bathroom is super cool and very modern. TV and conditioner work nicely, and if you want to find more information about the town, there is plenty of brochures in the apartment. Host is very friendly and helpful, he patiently gave me all necessary instructions where to park the car.

(not a dislike, just a hint for fellow travelers!) Be aware that parking space is a bit further away from the building, so if you have heavy suitcases, it might be smart to drop them at the apartment first before you go for parking, if you don't want to carry them all the way.

Nice clean room at good location. Great value. We had a little trouble with cooling unit but not a deal breaker.
