Alla cava Orvieto

Had everything you need including all the small touches that are often not thought about. Stefano was an amazing host and even collected us from Hertz car rental upon arrival and took us to the station when leaving to catch our train. It was all made so easy for us.

Location was a little away from main area but was very close to a main attraction and within walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to see.

The accomodation was very close to the parking. Getting the car to the property would have been difficult because the street was narrow and busy. Very pleasant room which had good facilities with great shower and comprehensive toiletries. The best part of this stay was Stefano the host who contacted us, made sure that we could find the carpark and met us there to help with our bags. He personally settled us in and made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was a selection of packed cookies/biscotti.

Being next to a main street meant that vehicular noise could be heard. The mattress was a little soft.

very unique place in a medieval town

the property was perfect for a couple. great facilities and the host even picked us up at the station. Great location for walking the perimeter of town and exploring . bus stop just down the road for easier access to attractions

it was on a hill. so to get to the city was a reasonably steep walk.

Location was excellent and Stefano was so gracious and helpful. He met us at the station and also back to the station. Snacks and drinks were left for us. Full kitchen and fabulous bathroom. No complaints and wouldn’t change anything, except for maybe a longer stay.

This owner is meticulous. He has renovated an apartment in an old building in near center of town( maybe 2 blocks to center)and he furnished it with nice appliances, accessories and bedding. There were drinks in the fridge, snacks waiting on the table and coffee in the cabinet. It was perfect with a nice little balcony, a washing machine and a short walk to a market, bar, cafe and of course di Doumo. Excellent.

That I did not have but two nights

This is a spectacular studio apartment! It was so clean and Stefano provided welcome drinks and snacks! He even picked us up from the train station (and we were late), and then showed us where to park a rental car and even gave us a parking pass to use. He then took us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked! The apartment was just perfect with a cute little balcony and even a washing machine. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a decent meal. I totally recommend staying at Stefano’s apartment! He’s a wonderful and gracious host!

Super comfortable and clean apartment. Kitchen is well equipped and the equipments are great quality. I can only recommend this lovely place. The host, Stefano is really nice, explains everything, and gave us a ride from the train station to the apartment.
