"Dobrý pomer kvalita/cena"

Je to novostavba v novej časti mesta, kde to vyzerá bezpečne, na parkovisku veľa drahších áut, tak sme sa nebáli zaparkovať ani to naše. Z bytu vidno priamo na parkovisko a bolo tam pomerne ticho. Bonus je skvelá reštaurácia pár metrov od apartmánu či veľké obchodné centrum s potravinami.

Na fotkách vyzerá apartmán lepšie ako v skutočnosti, niektoré vybavenie je už trochu zničené, napr. matrace na posteli sú preležané a sprcha by tiež potrebovala vydrhnúť...

Všechno se mi velmi líbilo a mohu s jistotou doporučit. Skvělá lokalita, v domě je výtah a bezbariérový přístup do apartmánu, což činí pobyt obzvlášť pohodlným. Zvlášť bych chtěl vyzdvihnout kvalitní úklid apartmánu a příjemnou, rychlou komunikaci při jakýchkoliv dotazech.
