I booked an apartment that clearly included both a baby cot and a sofa bed, and this was confirmed to me before my arrival. However, when I got there, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional €10, which had never been mentioned during the booking process. This lack of transparency was disappointing and made the experience frustrating right from the start.

I had a terrible experience with this host. They falsely accused us of damaging the walls with food and drinks, even though we did not eat or drink inside the apartment at all. The most shocking part is that they used my credit card details (which I provided only for registration at check-in) to illegally and unauthorizedly withdraw money from my account without any proof or my consent. Inside the apartment, there are permanent warning signs on the doors about 'previous guests' and wall damage. It is clear that this host has a recurring pattern of charging guests for routine maintenance and painting costs that they did not cause. This is a scam. I have reported this to Booking.com Support and I strongly advise everyone to AVOID this place unless you want your bank account compromised
