Location is amazing

Overall the apartment is great

View was fantastic. Location easy access to old town. Many restaurants & stores just a block away. Nice bathroom. on street parking was easy to find behind building. Nice entrance to building and elevator to first floor or one flight of steps. Host was easily accessible by phone for restaurants recommendations etc. Accommodated our early checkin.

Maybe a few more cleaning supplies etc.

Old flat screen TV with no useful Smarts at all. Had to use my computer to obtain Netflix and other inputs. Water leaked from shower-bath onto floor (as reported previously by other guests). There should have a few normal welcoming items such as tea-bags, coffee bags, small snacks - particularly important for overseas visitors such as us, who arrive late in afternoon, not ready do shopping and other things needed for our 1 week stay

The location and view are just perfect. This is a well equipped and good sized apartment in a central location, sitting on the verandah makes you feel like a local. The views are exceptional to the ocean and over to the old town. The kitchen has good facilities and there is a washing machine. It is a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and only a 12 minute walk to the train station, down hill from the station, uphill to the station. Contact from the host was clear and concise. If I ever return to the region I will be staying a week or so at this property.

The apartment is well positioned and has a beautiful view over the beach. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The bed is very comfortable.

A pipe is attached to the bidet water spray and goes across the toilet into the bath to provide a hand held shower rose. It means you can’t shut the shower screen and water goes everywhere. There was not enough toilet paper provided for the length of our stay. Absolutely no cooking condiments are provided, not even tea or coffee.

The location of the property was superb and the view fantastic. Just a walk across the road to a beautiful sandy beach. Easy to walk into the main town area for food in the evening time and a grocery store just around the corner. Having a washing machine was very handy.

We didn't like the lack of a full shower- the jacuzzi bath is unnecessary in my opinion when you are swimming in the sea daily and trying to wash away sand! The apartment could have been better equipped in the kitchen area- no kettle for example, may be just a cultural thing though. A welcome pack with some cleaning products ( washing powder) and maybe salt/pepper and some bottled water would be a nice touch.

The properties all look great in the pictures, but in reality they are due for some TLC. The bathroom had a hand held shower that was attached to the bidet which we thought was strange. There were also holes in the bathroom wall, where something had been removed. They could also do with a new sofa bed, it smelt fousty, could do with a clean and the mattress was uncomfortable. The kitchen utensils need replenishing.
