La ubicación

El sistema de calefacción es prehistórico, no tiene asociado ningún termostato siendo imposible controlarlo. Además los radiadores llegaron a quemar una prenda de ropa cercana. No tiene detección de humos ni extintor Sinceramente, es un peligro

El termo del agua muy pequeño, fuimos 4 personas, se ducharon 2 y las otras 2 no pudimos porque ya no había agua caliente

El apartamento es muy bonito, no le falta detalle. Todo muy limpio y Rosa es un encanto.

Da a la calle y hay demasiado ruido por el tráfico.
