Pasaka Palanga

Viskas buvo švaru ir tvarkinga, puiki aplinka.

Užsakant kambarį , booking.com buvo parašyta ,kad bus balkonas, bet jo nebuvo.

Lokacija visai gera, svaru, kondicionierius, kavos aparatas.

Neveike siurblys, apacioje restoranas ir is jo dumai eina tiesiai i kambari. Langas pilnai neatsidaro. Televizirius veikia, bet be garso.. su vaikais netinka, nes labai status laiptai. Kambarys labai mazas, nera kur pasideti lagamino ir daiktu.

We were relocated to Hill Palanga on the very same day due to undisclosed problems with our booking. No issues on the fact itself and the new locations seemed fine.

We were not informed that the new location is super small. We were traveling with two children under 3 years old and the new place didn’t even have beddings for 4 people so we had to improvise with what we had. The staff couldn’t even provide us with the wifi password because no one knew and we were told to contact a phone number that no one answered. We were given door codes to enter the building which were wrong and that caused us some unforeseen problems waiting with kids in the cold until someone opened the door. We were not informed about the new year’s party that the new location is organising which caused our kids to be restless until the party finished. Lastly, when we were moving out, we left a leather belt in the room by accident and upon reaching out to the place to ask if anyone found it, we were ignore again to this day. Overall, the location itself is wonderful, but the whole experience was pretty tragic.
