Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszkanie duże, przestronne, bardzo dobrze wyposażone, ciche w spokojnej okolicy, jasne i doświetlone. Gospodyni bardzo miła, uczynna. Do dyspozycji pralka i osuszacz powietrza, dzięki któremu można wysuszyć w ciągu nocy pranie.
