Gera vieta,netoli Basanavičiaus,Vytauto gt. Ramu,langai į kiemą. Visa buitinė technika,vonios reikmenys,normalus šaldytuvas ko nebūna dažnai kitur.Rakinamas įėjomas su kodu,liftas,kondicionierius,stiprus internetas .Dviem žmonėm pakankamai vietos.Vidinis kiemelis dviračiams pasidėti .

Garso izoliacija tarp butų gal prastoka ,gerai kad nebuvo triukšmingų kaimynų. Langai į Vasaros estradą tai jei bus koncertai galėsit terasoj klausyti( gal tai ir pliusas😊). Nera parkingo vietos skirtos butui.

Good location, spacious closet.

Unconfortable bed and chairs, not enough toilet paper, we had to buy it by ourselves, also all furniture are very worn out, sofa looks dirty, Tv in bedroom not working, balcony doors is hard to open and close, need to be fixed.
