Beppe is a very nice Host and much available. The property is beautiful and is right in the middle of major historic points. Loved it!

If we could, we would have given an 11 out of 10. The place exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Beppe is an amazing and kind person. The apartment is beautifully decorated, the garden view is amazing and everything is just perfect! The best granita in Palermo is just around the corner, so is the bar with delicious cornetti, the location is very central yet very peaceful and feels safe. We’d love to be back ☀️

We liked everything

Beppe is super friendly guy. He is living above the flat in the same building and he waited for as at the flat. The location is super great, few meters from the main street and walking distance to everything in the center. The flat has three windows, 2 from the kitchen and bedroom are facing to quiet garden, another bedroom has window to backyard which was quiet as well. Both bedrooms have air-con. There was a small coffe machine, some equipment for cooking, basics like salt and oil, small fridge.

The furniture was older, but everything was clean.

Great place in the heart of Palermo, close to everywhere but quiet and peaceful just 100 meters from the main street in the city and the popular market of Ballarò. Beautiful and charm apartment that made us feel at home from the first moment. Beppe was very helpful and happy to answer all questions about Palermo. We spent only two nights there, not enough. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located in a narrow lane that may be not an easy access for some people. Taxis leave you 50 meters from the location. Saying that, for us the whole thing was perfect!

Amazing location in the heart of Palermo. The apartment has everything we needed for our two night stay. We were welcomed with fruit and sweets, and all our questions were answered with the support from our host. It is such a quiet street when you are so close to the city centre.

Free parking is about a 5 min walk away and not so inviting at night, we always felt safe though. You might have to tip a local when you get there!

I can't think of a better location for a stay in Palermo. Every room of the apartment had a balcony and two of them were overlooking a garden, unfortunately with no possibility to enter and with a lot of insects but the host had provided candles to chase them away. It was quiet in the apartment. It definitely has got an ambiance of an old-fashioned house, owned by an art and history lover, absolutely not IKEA style. The host was trying to be caring and getting familiar with every member of our family.

I didn't like the first moments of our stay. Firstly, our flight was delayed a lot on which I informed the owner and in return I got messages to hurry up or otherwise we would have to pay extra and even more extra after midnight of which there is no information on booking.com. I didn't know how much it was going to be . Finally we got after 11pm, very tired, stressed out with the extreme temperatures and fires and found out that the host lives just upstairs... The temperature in the living room was over 30 degrees even with a fan on because the airconditioning is only in the bedrooms. One of the bedroom was supposed to be with a futon, photos 29 and 30, which was important to me when choosing the apartment for our sons. But there was no way to get to it, no ladder, no access. My teenage sons were forced to sleep in one bed... The palce is cluttered with a lot of stuff making it difficult for example to prepare food. I couldn't find any pot or a sausepan but instead a hundred of frying pans!

Fun, comfortable apartment in a quiet, small street in very active and interesting area of Palermo. Pepe was an awesome host!

The place is exceptional, we feel at home. The welcome was exceptionally friendly. Location is exceptional.

Very well situated flat.Right in the centre. Comfortable 2 bedroomed flat. Bedrooms air-conditioned. Excellent shower. Helpful host who provided us with fruit,orange juice and other Sicilian snacks on our arrival as well as ground coffee, nespresso type capsules and a vast selection of teas.

The approach to the accomodation may be slightly off putting to the new visitor I.e. many run down local buildings - but that is Palermo. Don't be put off
