La struttura era accogliente, pulita , spaziosa essendo due coppie di amici , due bagni , non mancava proprio niente . In pieno centro. Aggiungo la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Oxana , ci ha fatto sentire a casa , sembrava che ci conoscessimo da anni . Grazie veramente e poi Palermo meravigliosa!!

Apartament był w doskonałej lokalizacji. W odległości krótkiego spaceru - 5 min, Teatro Massimo i Teatro Politeama. Znajduje się na 7 piętrze, z windą i portierem. Posiada 2 sypialnie, 2 łazienki, dużą i komfortową kuchnię oraz ogromny salon. Balkon na ulicę a sypialnie i kuchnia od strony podwórka. Mieszkanie czyste, bardzo ciche, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba na kilkudniowy pobyt. W mieszkaniu są grzejniki i pomimo zimnego grudnia, było ciepło i przytulnie. W mieszkaniu są duże szafy na ubrania. Mieliśmy tylko kłopot z parkowaniem, ale takie są uroki mieszkań w centrum Palermo. Pani Oksana bardzo sympatyczna gospodyni. W łazienkach był szampon i mydło.

W zimnym miesiącach warto zabrać jakieļ buty (kapcie) bo podłoga jest dość zimna.

L’appartamento, le cui camere sono confortevoli e di ampia metratura, si trova in una posizione centrale, comoda per visitare tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse. L’appartamento al 7imo piano è silenzioso e tranquillo.

Non è evidente trovare parcheggio e inoltre abbiamo dovuto pagare una penale di 15 € perché abbiamo effettuato il check-in un’ora dopo le 17.00.

La amplitud , la decoración , la ubicación Todo excelente !!!!!

Die zentrale Lage und die Ruhe, da die beiden Schlafzimmer in den Innenhof gehen. Die Küche ist gemütlich und mit einem Esstisch für vier Personen ausgestattet.

Die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Bei Bedarf kann ein privater Parkplatz in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage reserviert werden. Diese Tiefgarage ist so eng, dass das Fahrzeug nicht selbst geparkt werden kann, sondern durch das Personal geparkt wird. Daher muss der Autoschlüssel dort gelassen werden. Zudem kosten größere Fahrzeuge nicht 25 Euro, sondern 30 Euro pro Tag. Zudem gibt es keine Spülmaschine. Das haben wir überlesen. Und die Wohnung ist, wie man auf den Bildern erkennen kann, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber sehr sauber!

Beautiful apartment — very spacious, we couldn’t have asked for more. Great location, with everything you need just around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience when it came to paying the city tax. As a family of four, we should have paid €32 for four nights, according to the information provided by Booking in their email. However, it seems that the Palermo city tax has increased to €4 per person per night, which Booking had not updated. The lady informed us of this change upon arrival. I understand that Booking failed to notify us/update prices, but I also believe it’s the property’s responsibility to inform guests about such updates.
