La Terrazza sul Massimo

Ivana went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She is an amazing host and even better person.

Location was great and the host was very pleasant.

Exquisitely designed and very well equipped plus maintained apartment. Fantastic location especially for opera lovers. 😀 Very easy communication concerning arrival time and acess.

Location was great and communication with the owners. The terrace is amazing!

There was a bit of smell coming out from the bathroom :( I guess that’s why there was something to cover the shower hole while not using it. But it was not pleasant when we discovered it and the smell didn’t fully go away. Maybe if we would have known from the beginning that the shower should be covered we could have avoided it (although not sure if it comes from there). The air conditioning was not really powerful but we were okay.

Excellent location and plenty of room in the apartment! 2 bedrooms and 3 full baths which were great! Always hot water when needed. Owners treated us, gave us lists of restaurants as suggestions… all were GREAT!! Owners attentive to our needs and helped arrange transport when we left. It had a wonderful terrace that overlooks Massimo Theater… fantastic views at night!!

Not an apartment if you are elderly and can’t climb stairs. Also could use another air conditioner upstairs in the kitchen area. This was MINOR!
