La Terrazza sul Massimo

The space for this Studio / apartment at 65m is a real bonus, the kitchen is well equipped, although we didn't really use it. An inner small courtyard is a bonus, with an extra small terrace at the front. It had a place to sit inside, has a TV (not that we used it) and a safety deposit box. The host Ivana communicated well before and for the end of stay procedure.

The bedroom area is at the front and the road noise is loud, as you'd expect in the middle of a very busy city. It was noisier than we had anticipated, although location wise was excellent. The handover of keys was a little rushed with Davide, although we appreciate we did arrive later in the evening.

Spacious apartment in perfect location for sightseeing, restaurants and bars. Wonderful to have so much outdoor space.

Street noise is the trade off for the central location

The location was good with a great kitchen, which we didn’t use! We were glad that they had a laundry room with washer and dryer. The internet was probably the best part of our whole stay! The apartment size was perfect, but the design was bad (small closet, old light bulbs wrapped around the bed, insufficient heat, squeaky bed while sleeping).

Due to the heating rules in Italy, the owner should have added a bigger air condition/heater unit there! They went cheap, and the unit was not capable to heat the whole apartment so we were COLD during our entire stay. We had to text her to turn on the wall heater every day, and she would turned off couple hours later!!! The bidet had a bad design and we didn’t use! The mattress was hard, there are huge furniture accommodating just books with no practical use, and there was no elevator. There are a vending machines under the bedroom, so there was noise in the middle of the night. The property manager wasn’t a good for the position, always in a hurry, made us feel like every question was a Iincovenience!

Superb central location. Excellent restaurant close by. The accommodation had all the facilities you might need.

Inevitably a little noise from the street, but only really on Saturday evening. And the sound insulation was good to be fair.

Great location overlooking the Teatro Massimo. Roof terrace is amazing. Very nice and helpful hosts.

It was a bit chilly in the evenings in the apartment.

A very well appointed apartment. Clean and fresh and with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Tastefully decorated and furnished with a large kitchen,sitting area,bedroom, and a small balcony perfect for people watching Situated at the Teatro Masssimo on a busy road so was sometimes a bit noisy in the evening but that's what is to be expected of a city centre location. The area is surrounded with an abundance of shops bars and restaurants and all the main tourist sites are within comfortable walking distance. Would highly recommend for a short stay The host was very welcoming and communication was excellentl.

Nothing to dislike.

The property is superb! It is located in center, it has two floors, two terraces and three bathrooms. It is definitely one of the best places I have stayed!

Wifi in one of the rooms (single twins beds) was not too strong, maybe worth checking it

the bathrooms were top notch! the location was perfect! the view from the terrace amazing!! the host was wonderful!

Wonderful location beside the Teatro Massimo. Good outdoor space. The hostess Ivanna was very good at communicating and helping us.

The front door keys were difficult to use.
