Good location

The host requested extra money for the tourist tax (in addition to the tourist tax already calculated by Booking), saying the kid above 8 had to pay. I had to prove her wrong by checking the rules myself on the city website. I find this dishonest. The equipment in the flat is limited. While there is everything needed to cook, there is no sponge nor dishcloth to wash the dishes. So I would not recommend this place if you plan to have some meals on site. Finally, the heating/AC is probably dirty and not maintained appropriately because it brought some weird mold/dust feeling once turned on.
