The location is a gem! it is close to the palermo cathedral. The room size is perfect for us as 2 adults and 1 child.

The bed sheet and towels were not clean enough, saw some stains on them. The room was really humid.

Location was perfect. Very nice host

No windows. Bit too pricey for a very basic place just for sleeping.

We had a great stay at this charming little apartment. It was spotless and made very efficient use of space. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location was also excellent—quiet but close to all main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host and location of aparment

Really well thought out space. There was a welcome bottle of lovely cold water in the fridge, and coffee and sugar available. Cleaning materials readily available including a tea towel. Plenty of fresh towels. Bed was very comfortable with decent bedding.AC was excellent. Really close to the Cathedral and historic quarter including markets, all within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Negotiate price of taxi if like us, you arrive by train. Host was available on WhatsApp and communication was good.

The water pressure in shower wasn’t great .

We knew that the location was good when we booked, but we were actually surprised how close it was to everything, but at the same time very quiet. Ballaró market is just a couple of minutes away, main street, perfect cannoli in the monastery... This is a self-check in, you never meet the host, but he is there to answer everything you need, he gave us great reccomendations to eat, visit, not to miss etc. We were in two, and this is a great location for two people, or very very close 3 people :) The aircondition in the appartment is in the living room, but it a high quality one and there is no need for the second one in the bed room. We were there during the heat wave in July. We were very thankful that the cold water was waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. Thanks Riccardo for everything.

Nothing in particular, everything was ok. I can't complain about the small defects that are the same in my house :)

Clean and renovated

The studio is clean, well appointed and the location is just great. The bed is comfortable. Due to the location at a private courtyard at the end of a well kept alleyway it is a quiet oasis.

The water pressure is really low
