this vila is unbelievable!!! It looks big in photo, but in reality its biggest house i´ve ever been:D two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 terases, garden, in vila is everything what you need.... parking with two cars is no problem, owner is absolutelly fantastic. He told us everything we need to know. To the beach is 100 m, to the bus to palermo 10 m. We spent here 2 fantastic days.

"Great location but apartment itself is disappointing"

Great location- close to beach Very spacious

There was not a single thing about this property that I would describe as “Luxury” It is a very tired in terms of interior, especially the bathrooms and kitchen . The shower in second bedroom is so tiny it was impossible to bend over to wash your feet. The towels were old and rough and only 2 of 4 pillows had pillow cases on. The plumbing is “vintage” and not in a good way and the electrical wiring in the kitchen is downright dangerous

Located near the beach and a very big space. big garden with a big parking space inside. Very friendly staff.

The fact that you can't see the beach from the place due to the building in the front even though it was extremely close to the beach.

I liked the interior. This is an incredible place, especially to come with a company! Very close to the sea - 2 minutes. There are many places to eat nearby. The owner advised us many places to eat, where to go, where to rent a car, etc. The house was very big! My mother and I are happy that we chose this place :) Therefore, I also recommend it to you.

At night, cars and scooters could be heard buzzing and speeding. It was a bit disturbing to sleep. But not critical!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this was the most amazing booking.com experience I have ever had. The host is INCREDIBLE and went out of his way to ensure that we had an amazing stay. The location is perfect for a beach weekend with fun restaurants and cafés scattered around. Easy to get to old town Palermo. The apartment is beautiful with a garden, seating outside, very clean, mondello beach is also took my breath away. This place blew me away and I would 1000% want to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling near Palermo!
