Everything about this property was terrific! The location, the immaculate apartment and the wonderful host Angelo. We were within walking distance to everything, including the historic district, and despite the area being very busy the apartment was soundproof and we heard almost nothing from the outside. Our host was very accommodating and provided us with information of restaurants and sites to visit in Palermo. He also helped arrange for a private driver to take us places. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Everything! Beautiful apartment, very clean, great location, great host

Many thanks to Angelo for our wonderful stay in his truly beautiful apartment. We loved everything about Palermo and his amazing apartment made our stay simply perfect. The position is in a beautiful part of the city Centre and walking distance to everything. The balcony overlooks Via Ruggiero Settimo, from where you can people watch everyone walking by. Angelo welcomed us so graciously, helping with parking and gave us ample information for great food places and all the important sights to see. Many thanks Angelo, we will definitely be staying here again if we have the opportunity to return to Sicily and Palermo. We hope so!

We absolutely loved this place. Incredible building right on the Via Ruggiero Settimo. The windows open up to a great view left and right down the street (yet the windows seal nicely so there's no noise). All the best things in Palermo are within walking distance. Angelo is a fantastic host who lives in the apartment next door (so you know he cares). He met us when we arrived and gave us a thorough tour. He has a great book of recommended cafes, restaurants, etc... We loved the incredibly high ceilings and great windows with excellent light. I work remotely and was able to use the wifi very successfully for video calls and 8+ hours of work per day. There's plenty of space and the loft and spiral staircase are beautiful. It's so nice when the pictures you see and the description you read match the experience. We are very thankful to have had this opportunity to experience Palermo from this apartment. I'd be happy to write about something if I didn't like it. Parking was a tad challenging, but we typically found street parking (paid) and used local lots when necessary. The main thing I didn't like was having to leave. I wish we could have stayed longer.
