It had 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. It was clean and comfortable. Location was great.

Everything was great.

Good location, lots of space inside. Felt airy even with 10 people in the same house.Helpful staff Every room had IT s own bathroom this was a big plus. We enjoyed the art and the art books! Honestly very good value for the money If You are not fussy.

Rooms to the right are extremly noisy. Earplugs are a must !!! Beds also not very comfortable. Some repairs are needed. Our sheets were stained but the staff changed them quickly.

Convenient location and close to all main monuments and city center

Do not expect so much out of the kitchen as it is not equipped with essential appliances. Not enough counter space. Stove comes out of the cabinet when we tried to open the oven door and the hood is not ducted. Pots and pans very old and no convectional coffee maker and no toaster. We just wanted to be able to make breakfast and were not able to.

Alfredo was the perfect host. He ordered taxis for us when we needed one, met us at the apartment when we arrived from the airport much later than expected, an all around gracious host. The bedrooms were spacious, some of the furniture were beautiful antiques. We spent many hours around the long dining room table in the large dining room. There was a mini market net door and many restaurants within walking distance. I highly reccommend this apartment.

The bedrooms facing Via della Polveriera were quite noisy. Earplugs for my sons helped!

Good communication, everything was easy. Perfect location in town. Very nice hosts.

The owners were extremely kind and helpful. Always ready with the best advices and reccomandations to make the best of our experience. The apartament is even bigger than shown in the photos. Very clean. We had the possibility to do late check-out without any additional costs. The property is situated in the middle of Palermo, in a safe environment with a beautiful view.
