Fantastic apartment. Had everything we needed plus Luciana had provided us with some extras (wine, breakfast biscuits, milk, water, juice) which was much appreciated. Luciana contacted me to arrange access to the property and was there to meet us at the arranged time. She also arranged private parking at a garage round the corner - would have been lost without that facility. All the fixtures / fittings / linens / towels etc. of a very high quality. She told us where the nearest supermarket was, where the locals eat - all in all she was the hostess with the mostest !!! Would highly recommend this apartment.

We couldn't get the (new) coffee maker to function without some advice / assistance. We lost power to the fridge / kettle etc. It turned out we'd switched off a plug - all the kitchen switches should stay in the ON position. A small notice to that effect above the said sockets would prevent further issues.

Everything was perfect. When we need some help with the cooker they got back to us straight away. It was very clean and everything that we expected and more

Location, size and cleanliness

It is beautifully designed, very spacious and airy. The personal touches such as toiletries, slippers treats in the fridge, really made us feel like we were staying in a beautiful HOME as opposed to a rented apartment. The bed was super comfortable. As someone who does not sleep well, I rested better here than I have done in years. I cannot rave about this place enough. Luciana and her charming husband are the perfect hosts. Please book this place, you won’t regret it.

Luciana was a fantastic hostess and accommodated our late arrival. She provided lots of information and was always on hand to answer questions and make recommendations and wanted to ensure that we had the best time possible in Palermo. The beds are very comfortable and it was great to have wine, drinks and snacks left in the apartment for us.

There really wasn't anything that we could fault.

The property looks great, the renovation was done with a lots of thoughts and love
