Fantastic location and great space with the three terraces. Easy bus and train ride away from Mondello and Cefalu

this is the most beautiful and best organized rental property I have been in a long time. The owner has put so much attention to all details inside the apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the old city.

absolutely nothing

The location of this property is absolutely amazing. We could see right across the old part of Palermo with the mountains in the background. There are three separate terraces so that you can always follow or avoid the sun but soak up the atmosphere wherever you choose to relax. The apartment is exceptionally charming and the location is right in the centre but you are high enough up that there is no noise! We absolutely loved it!

This isn't a criticism but just so that fellow travellers are aware - it would be easy to miss the washing machine on the terrace outside the kitchen as it is covered discreetly:)

The location was amazing, so close to all the main tourist areas of the city with not too far to walk. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area.

Check-in and check-out very easy. The apartment is amazing. All very clean and well-maintained and has three roof terraces. The host arranged taxis for us and was very accommodating for the check-out time. Location is perfect - right in the heart of the city but on the 4th floor you're not disturbed by street noise. Definitely recommend.

this apartment was well located on the very top story of Palazzo Bologni. Although it was central, it was very quiet and secure. It was spacious and roomy for two and maybe even four people if you’re willing to have some people sleep in the living room. The decor was charming and the apt had everything you need. sitting on the mini terraces, enjoying a glass of wine or a coffee and looking at the view was the highlight of our Palermo trip.

We didn’t get to stay here long enough

The property is centrally located within easy reach of a wide varity of bars, restraurants and local markets. One could sit on the balconies and watch/listen to the world go by, including listening to buskers performing in the piazza below, but equally you can shut the world out and enjoy the peace inside the appartment. Overall the appartment was well equipt having every thing you would need while on holiday. One evening during our stay there was a problem with the appartment blocks electricity which caused the supply to our apparment (as well as that of another appartment in the block) to trip. We called Manlio who came out immediately to investigate, it was discovered there was a problem with the electicity supply. Manlio called ENEL who came out promptly to investigate and restore the supply. The following day Manlio and an electrician return to undertake further work and ensure there were no further problems. During this time Manlio was extremely helpful and did his upmost to get the problem resolved and ensure that we were not inconvienced. I must congratulate Manlio on his attitude and strenuous efforts to ensure the experience did not spoil our stay in any way.

The address provided by Booking.com was incorrect, they gave the wrong number. So once we arrived in the vacinity of the property we had to contact the owner. They immediately provided us with the correct address and a set of clear pictures which enabled us to find the property without problems.
