It was overall a nice sized space.

We spent four days without promised air conditioning. For two days they were going to bring fans and on day 4 installed the air conditioners. Some of the things on the amenities list are not included, for example the oven. No cleaning products were left. The staff were all pleasant when dealt with, but, probably would not book here again. Very noisy from the street at all hours.

The location was great, in the centre of Palermo. The property was a good size, with large, comfortable rooms.

The communication from the hosts was the worst I have dealt with. Many problems came up, which were simply ignored via whatsapp. The wifi was terrible and didn't work properly for the whole month, which was a huge problem for us as we are remote workers who work from home. We spent a lot of money buying extra data to cater to this. The hosts just ignored this problem. Two of our keys broke in the front door (obviously poor quality), and the hosts just sent us the address of a key copier to go to and pay for new keys and deal with the problem ourselves. The kitchen lacked an oven, microwave, and even basic tools like a cheese grater.

The apartment is in a very good, central location and we were able to explore Palermo quite easily. Bedrooms good size to accommodate three or more people. Greeted by a pleasant member of the agency staff who was also helpful as to details of the local area.

Extremely cold in the apartment. No response from the agency as to heating despite several phone calls and a text. Eventually learned the heating system was broken. No extra bedding, eg blankets, duvets. Warmer out than in! Kitchen not equipped adequately. No microwave or toaster. Some crockery but just three small mugs. Hairdryers didn't work, door handle kept falling off.
