The property was amazing and had everything we needed. It was immaculately clean and in a great location.

Everything was great no negatives.

The Hideaway was very eell equipped with everything you could want for a few days stay in Peebles. Comfortably furnished and quirky and in a great location on the town's High Street. Some thoughtful touches by the host leaving some biscuits, crisps and milk for tea etc and kindly allowed us to check out late on our departure day.

The external metal steps leading up to the flat were slippery when wet (but the host warned us about this).

The apartment was very homely and very well decorated. The location in the middle of Peebles is great. The hosts communicated with us very well and everything was just made easy for us. We were able to arrive and relax straight away with no problems. An excellent place to stay.

Might not suit families with young children as it is overlooking the middle of Peebles and might get noisy for some.

Clear signs on rubbish bins which is for recycling which is for general and a list for the recycling as we have different rules in our part of the UK. An extra light at the bottom of the stairs outside.

An all-round excellent stay. Located in the heart of Peebles so lovely for walks, enjoying the shops and restaurants and a perfect Autumn relaxing break. It was a bright but chilly weekend and the Hideaway was so cosy and comfortable. We had fun with board games as something we don't do enough of these days !

Only issue we had was access to the freezer as it wasn't possible to open the freezer door open fully. Apart from this everything else was great.

Everything including the layout of the property and the decor, beautiful.

Everything was excellent, nothing not to like 😁👍🏼
