"Pleasant stay near of the coast"

Good location, near of the coast, supermarket and a nice playground - we were with a kid. The apartment is spacious, has 2 bathrooms that were very clean and has cute decorative objects. Also, it has a full kitchen, which allow us to cook without any issues.

Nothing! It was a nice experience. We didn't lack anything.

Eu gostei de tudo, a cada grande, tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. Muito bem equipada para ter dias tranquilos e com qualidade. Perto de supermercado, farmácia. Perto de praias, amei. Quero voltar e já indiquei para amigos.

"HOSPITALIZED AFTER 3 DAYS VACATION HERE!"

My partner has allergic asthma and is particularly allergic to mould. For 5 years there have been no similar problems as here :( After 3 days at Best Houses 19, we realized that we couldn't stay here anymore and so we kindly asked Best Houses for another apartment or the remaining money back. Even after my friend ended up in the hospital and got a cortisone infusion, best houses didn't take us seriously!!! Instead of 2 weeks of sporty surfing holidays, there was a rehab. Only after we contacted Booking.com and under pressure from Booking they lied to us and allegedly only offered us the smallest, cheapest apartment with unbelievably large water damage and a ceiling that smelled of mold in the area with at least 2 large bars with a daily disco until 4 a.m. This is the first time we have experienced such anti-social, customer-unfriendly, unaccommodating, ignorant and unemphatic behavior despite health risks. Most of the best houses don't even speak English and communication is difficult and complicated.
