Please note dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement at a cost of GBP 20 for up to a week, payable in cash on arrival. Please note if using a Sat Nav, please use the postcode CA11 0SZ and the turn off to Near Howe is slightly further down on the right-hand side. From the East (North and South) - Penrith and the M6 Traveling West on A66 from the M6 Motorway (Junction 40) • Continue 8 miles towards Keswick when you pass the turnoff to Troutbeck (A5091) • Continue for approximately 1 mile and take the next right hand turn signposted Mungrisdale and Caldbeck • Continue for approximately 1 mile to the sign for Near Howe is on the right hand side of the road • The drive way crosses two fields, and then rises past an old ruin up to the top of the hill where you will find the property A deposit may be required at the property.
