Spacious, clean,close to restaurants, cafes,shops,museums.

Top floor, too many steps if you have luggage,or over 40 years of age. WiFi not working properly, no fly screens. Second bedroom has no privacy because is located at the entry of house.

Apartment was a bit cold, no door between bedrooms. Wifi password not given though we didn't ask for it

It's my second visit at this place and I will return to it every time I visit Perugia. The flat is very comfortable, close to the city center and Luciano is a perfect, friendly host.

Location is excellent -- just a short walk up the steps to the main part of town. There also is a lovely view of the valley out of window in the main room. Host is personable and very hospitable. Coffee (with a nice espresso machine) and tea were provided.

There was some trouble with the heating, but the host took care of it very quickly.

Perfect location. Handy for the bus stop (from the railway station) and right in the historic centre. Luciano was very friendly and welcoming, and available when we needed help.

We chose this property because it had a garden, but actually it was not very essy to use.
