Liked everything about the apartment - great size, good kitchenette, fabulous to have washing machine. Directions to accommodation were excellent and host met us to hand over keys. Host was able to answer any queries we had - location was fantastic. Was more than big enough and nice quiet location.

Thought the shower let the property down. Shower head is right against wall making it not the best to use.

Location was good. Perugia is a lovely interesting city.

Owner said she would meet us but then didn’t and as we were having trouble with our phones it was not easy checkin. No instructions inside unit, tiny kitchen and eventually found had washing machine in cupboard out in patio. Tiny bathroom, was ok but you wouldn’t want to be 6 foot tall.

The host was there to meet us and gave us the information we needed. And later gave us information about the parking nearby. She replied quickly. The property was clean. The location was great. There was a washing machine although there were no instructions.

The kitchen was small but functional. The bathroom was small and the shower water could have been warmer. The towels and bed linen were of very poor quality. The courtyard was lovely with new pot plants but there was a smell on some days. There were air fresheners in rooms but they were empty. The provisions eg detergent, especially as we were staying there for 19 nights were limited.

The apartment was beautiful. My favorite room was the outside terrace! The location was perfect. And only 1 flight upstairs!

On the way out (on our first day) - we tried the entrance door key and it did not work. We asked the neighbor to try it and she said it did not work and could not get it to work. We called and eventually got a new key in the lockbox (which was really hard to open). But it all worked out. She had to come to the apartment numerous time because of issues (all the electricity went out all of a sudden and then no internet). But she came and fixed it and all was good. Things happen... The apartment and location was great!

The accommodation is really comfortable, everything you might need for a short stay is available. We especially enjoyed the small patio. The location is great. The apartment is on a small, quiet street, but very close to the city centre and the stop of the mini metro, which can take you to the train station in a few minutes. The communication with Patrizia was also very smooth.

Nice apartment with a private terrace in a very practical area for a reasonable price. There is a supermarket (PamLocal) around the corner. The minimetro station (Pinceto) is in very close vicinity so it's easy to get to Perugia railway Station. Also, if you are traveling by plane, the bus for Perugia Airport leaves from the Piazza Italia station which is a 2 minute walk. The location is on a quite street still inside the historical center of Perugia close to restaurants and lovely streets for a walk.

Signora Patrizia was always available for support and useful information. We loved the central yet quiet location in the old town. The flat has all the necessary amenities and is very nice.
