Paolo is wonderful. Fantastic location, close to everything.

Nothing, I would add to directions to take the mini metro to Pincetto then take the lift to the old town!

"Perfect location for getting to know Perugia."

This was a wonderful apartment, well appointed and modern...everything to make your stay comfortable. The host met us with the keys at the time we agreed upon. He was thoughtful and helped us arrange a taxi upon our departure. The property is located on a quiet street but just around the corner from the center of town. It was a good base for discovering Perugia. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Paolo.

"good value for money"

it’s really good looking, modern style apartment, nice kitchen, really nice and comfy bad, good looking shower (with 2 shower heads!) the guy is really nice and helpful.
