Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'ospitalità e la gentilezza dell'host, con tutte le informazioni utili che ci ha indicato. La posizione dell'appartamento è certamente ottimale, per chi volesse visitare il centro storico. Confortevole appartamento e ben curato. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti i viaggiatori, anche per un soggiorno lungo.

Nulla da commentare in negativo. Solo qualche rumore di voci in osteria, che si propaga in tutto il vicoletto adiacente, ma questo non dipende dalla struttura, che risulta essere davvero un gioiello.

Alloggio centrale, molto pulito, fornito di tutto cio che occorre per una vacanza. Proprietario di casa reattivo e molto gentile.

Utilizzerei un dispositivo assorbi umidità ed odori (anche se, usando l'aria condizionata, l'umidità non si sentiva molto).

La posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Perugia a piedi. La struttura è carina e pulita, su due livelli ma per noi andava bene, l'angolo cottura comodo e fornito di stoviglie per prepararsi un pasto e la colazione. La host è stata gentilissima e si è tenuta in contatto preoccupandosi che tutto andasse bene. A parte un paio di cose che ho segnalato come negative, nel complesso siamo stati bene.

Purtroppo dagli scarichi proveniva un po' di odore, ma questo dipende dal fatto che il palazzo è antico ed i centri storici di tutte le città hanno lo stesso problema, anche i rumori notturni son dovuti alla zona. Il letto non era comodissimo, la lavatrice andrebbe pulita e lo stendino troppo piccolo e troppo rinchiuso.

- Sometimes outside can be a bit noisy but if you are staying this central but as the property is over a thousand years old it is to be expected, it didn't go on too late - A recycling bin to separate rubbish would be nice but unsure whether the local council provides a service to collect recycling so may not be possible

Can't beat the location. Super central which was ideal for my work. There are lots of nice cafes immediately upon exiting so breakfast could be found easily. The place is also spacious -- I was there alone and had heaps of space (a whole living room in addition to a roomy bedroom). The heating worked well, the shower was good.

Only downside is it can be a bit loud at night on the weekend as there is a bar right outside. But that is central Perugia. Also there was a slight drain smell from the bathroom at times, but this is largely unavoidable for such an old Italian building.

A fantastic location, in the heart of Perugia, easy to get by foot to the main attractions of the town. The apartment was spacious, very clean and cozy, but most of all very well designed, simple, beautiful and practical in the same time, with quality appliances. It has a very good bed (and you really need it to be comfortable if you walk in Perugia... it is a beautiful town but you have to climb up - or down - on many streets), and a very good shower. A special thing that impressed me was the way I felt taking care of as a woman. Although it was not the case for me, in the apartment I could find anything I might need and not have (from makeup products to feminine staff). I felt covered for any possible 'emergency'. It was a very nice feeling...:))

The six stairs from bedroom to the bathroom (and vice versa) ... The apartment is disposed on two levels (the bedroom upstairs, and the living and bathroom downstairs). This is showed by the host in the pictures, so I knew this from the beginning. But it is rather a personal stress, and not a fault of the apartment (placed in a building that was built in the 1600`s) ...
