Nice space - great big kitchen area - good space for family

It is hot in the bedroom - needs a least a fan and the couch isn't that comfortable to sleep on

Firstly I would like to say, What you see in the pics is not what you see when you arrive. The place looks super cosy and lush with greenery. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of supplies that were given, we had booked this accommodation for 3 nights for 3 adults and we were given minimal supplies, only 3 towels.. 1 each to last us 3 nights, 1 hand towel, 2 toilet paper rolls, 5 sachet's of sugar, 1 cereal bowl, no facial tissues, just the bare minimum which made this stay very uncomfortable and unsatisfying. On arrival, we had a long 9 hour trip therefore we checked in 2 hours after our time, and then when requesting later check out for more rest before another 9 hour drive ahead of us, we were told that an extra 30 minutes we can stay which was 10:30am instead of 10:00am, and anything after that would have been 30$ per hour of charge. Lastly which I am disgusted of the kinda service that we had received, when departing, we had to take the rubbish bags out of the apartment, not to mention there was no disposal bins so we had to carry out the trash bags in our vehicle. It was stated in our manual agreement that there was a disposal bin outside the building, all of this results in extremely heavy rain causing us to be drenched just to find a bin.

Location, facilities (functional kitchen, big fridge, dishwasher, oven, washer, dryer, iron& ironing board, Netflix)

Sofa bed was not comfortable and there were not enough sheets or towels. Parking space much too narrow for an SUV. Very tricky parking
