La posizione

La casa aveva un odore molto forte e sgradevole di umidità, non particolarmente pulita e abbiamo trovato tanti insetti morti/vivi motivi per cui c'è ne siamo andati a casa.

Emplacement pratique,possibilité de se garer dans la rue, vaste salon, 1 lit confortable

Apparemment donne directement sur la rue,pas de lumière naturelle ni fenêtre coté rue salon, 1 seul lit était préparé au lieu des 4 présentés dans l’annonce,hôte indisponible pour nous fournir des draps pour faire un2eme lit…mauvaise odeur draps et armoires ,sdb pas ultra propre,chasse d’eau wc n’évacue rien.

"Un giusto compromesso tra prezzo e qualità"

Proprietario gentilissimo, posizione perfetta, vicino al centro e a diversi locali, appartamento grande e comodo: salone, camera matrimoniale di giusta dimensione, bagno, cucina e camera con 1 letto a castello e un lettino. Mi permetto di consigliare al proprietario la sostituzione della porta di ingresso, della porta del bagno e una stuccatura e pittura delle pareti, perchè la casa merita.
