Great location of the apartment. Excellent equipment, comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was amazing. Fully corresponds to the fhotos. Communication with owner via Whats app - super. We didn't have any problem. I hope we will have the opportunity to return. We had a great time in Larnaca . Thanks

"OK stay at a good location"

Very good location, clean, spacious and great balcony view. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped even though we didn't use it. There is a cafe right next to the building which is very convenient and many bars and restaurants are accessible by foot.

The shower door and drain had problems and the shower water pressure was poor. We also noticed stains on the pillow case and on one of the towels. The TV was not working properly. Also, the curtains don't close properly so very early in the morning there is a lot of light coming in the room. Note that the building is old with thin walls and the door of the building seemed to be 24/7 open.

"Overall a very expensive stay with out the quality"

The view was about the only thing. Apartment displays well, however it was a real let down. Starting with the car park. We weren’t guaranteed a spot & it was tight to get in &out. The bathroom had a constant stench of sewer. Shower door was hard to open & water drain wasn’t good even though the water power was really weak. Pillows were lumpy & one cover had mould on it. We had those replaced after the first night as my neck got sore from using it. Blinds didn’t work well as there was a big gap in the middle & sunshine was blaring through each morning at 6am. Top bed sheet was cheap as it felt lumpy. Entrances to building was usually dirty with sand from beachgoers. Open to public to access. Overall not worth paying this amount for just the view.

Very hard to find the building with no visible signage outside the front There was an ant problem in the room, ants on the floor and little midgets also coming into from external area
