CENTER APARTMENT PLOVDIV

Good location.

Was hard to find when we arrived in the dark. No signs. Non responsive host. We called and called but no answer. Had to ask strangers on the street for assistance. There wasn’t even a follow up on our call to see if we are ok or needed anything. Total lack of concern. We had in total 2 communications, check in instructions were sent and after check out we were asked if we knew where TV remote control was. Entrance to the property and the staircase looks like a dump. Nobody cleans the common areas. Horrible smell. First impressions count and it wasn’t good.

Lo mejor del alojamiento la ubicación, al lado de la calle principal de la ciudad y cerca del centro. El acceso es cómodo y el anfitrión contesta rápido.

La nota se basa principalmente en que NO tiene parking, pero anuncian el alojamiento con parking. Es cierto que se encuentra cerca de parkings privados de la ciudad, que hay muchos, pero que nada tienen que ver con el piso.

The location was very good

The water pressure was weak, we also had troubles with hot water, but as it’s summer, we didn’t suffer from that much. The ac was constantly blasting and there were no instructions how to navigate that or turn it off (remote issues). The towels had a bit of smell so we had to wash them before using them. And when the ac is blasting so much, the beds only had tiny blankets. Also there was one cockroach, which made me a bit terrified that there might be more of them.
