a bit noisy area and steet

It was close to railstation and city center.

The road was very noisy during the night. A lot of traffic during the night.

really big place, owner was helpful. was able to stream to tv so watched some nice series and movies. its warm too.

Top place! Perfect location!

First floor flat with balcony view. Large bed to accommodate dad, mum and kid. Very conveniently located. Its near the station, bus station, Kapana city centre and Plovdiv medical university. Friendly host. Good kitchenette and lounge.

Poor double glazing leaking sound from the main road below. People not used to busy roads might find the noise annoying.

Close to the train station and to the city center. Owner was amazing : he answered quickly, allowed me to check in earlier and provided me with laundry powder.

BUT this flat definitely needs some improvements. First of all, the windows… isolation is so bad, I could here the traffic of the boulevard right under the flat as well as if windows were opened. Also, there were no shutter to properly hide sunlight, neither street lamps or noise. So you wake up because it’s too noisy and because of daylight (I am adding a pic of the bedroom taken around midnight to show you the light coming from outside). Not a calm and good place to take a rest. Also, the flat was not cleaned before I arrive : toilet seat was dirty, the bath carpet was very dirty (see picture), crumbs on the table and the floor was pretty gross (I could see stains !). I doubt it is deeply cleaned between each guest, I think a quick cleaning is made and basta. Really disappointed, I had better expectations for this flat as the price was quite high.
