Vacation Apartment

One of the best noise cancelling apartments that I've ever been in, the apartment was pretty big and very clean except for one of the towels written below but the apartment is located in one of the best area in Plovdiv, being close to the city center and to the old town of Plovdiv, it gives you access to both areas in a matter of minutes which is a plus. Ear plugs are recommended as neighbors like to throw parties every other night until 4 AM.

Day one we had trouble with the hot water, heater had to be manually turned on by the landlord which he arrived pretty quickly to solve the issue, day one after using the bathroom and the towels provided by the host were clean except one of them which had feces stains from supposedly previous renters, according to the host, towels are always being cleaned using a cleaning company and they were very sorry for the issue but health and safety comes first and having stained feces is something that is just unacceptable as it could cause a lot of health trouble. The bottom part of the toilet seat also had feces and was not cleaned at all.

Perfect location, lovely decor and squeaky clean!

Perfect location in Plovdiv city centre. Everything was very close and in walking distance. The apartment was very clean, bright and modern. The wifi was fairly good too. Air conditioning everywhere which was great considering the heat wave. Good communication with the host. Thank you so much!

There was a coffee machine in the apartment but no coffee. It turned out it was quite hard to find an open coffee shop very early in the morning. Other than that - everything was great.

Beautifully styled & clean large modern apartment with elevator on 3rd floor. Located in artistic area, surrounded by the best bar / dining experiences in Kapana, Plovdiv. The apartment was comfortable, quiet and air conditioning very powerful in high summer. We had our best stay here and booked based on this apartment being available!! It exceeded any expectations! I found the washing machine in the cupboard as we left otherwise I would have used this! The owners sent us easy instructions to access apartment. The owners kindly booked a taxi to depart for us which was really appreciated. We were two siblings using the two bedrooms and had so much space. We would highly recommend this property, it’s really perfect to explore old town and Kapana. Thank you.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Capana District. Easy check in with clear instructions on how to get into the lock box - and a lift to the 3rd floor. The single bed wasn't made up but the bedding was there so it wasn't an issue to make it up ourselves - even at 1am when we arrived. Lovely view from terrace onto pedestrian street below. Extremely close to bars and restaurants and Old Town. Wasn't 100% clean (some hair on the floor in the bedroom and toilet) but overall the apartment was great and would definitely stay again. There was a variety of left over teabags/coffee/sugar etc and other food items in the cupboards but no instructions or coffee for the big fancy coffee machine that I could see?
