The balcony was a lovely surprise. The location afforded us a fantastic view and easy access to local walks and the ferry to Fowey. The local pub was very friendly and the owners with their dog very welcoming

Access to unload is tricky due to parking restrictions. The steep steps were quite challenging for both me and my elderly dog

Stunning location right on the waters edge. The apartment was well equipped and spotless clean, very tranquill we slept like logs Lots of things to do near the apartment

The location was perfect, with fantastic views. The location was very central and great for coastal walks with the dog.

We enjoyed everything about our stay but be warned Polruan is not a suitable place to visit if you have mobility issues. It's very hilly and lots of steps.

The room was spacious with a fantastic view from a balcony overlooking harbour . Host John was great.

The amazing views over the estuary from the balcony. Lots of things to do without needing to use the car. A very nice apartment with everything you could need. The host was very welcoming and helpful.
