Penthouse Panorama Sea View Apt. Pomorie

A lakás nagyon jó helyen helyzkedik el. A lakás tágas, amit a 3 terasz csak tetéz. A kilátás gyönyörű. A lakás tiszta, mindennel felszerelt (kivéve kávéfőző, de megoldottuk :) ) Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek voltak. A közelben van egy kis étterem és bolt is, a tengerpart kb 20 méter, nagyonn bolt kb. 2 km. A vendéglátó nagyon kedves volt, mindenben segített nekünk, még parkoló helyet is foglalt a részünkre.

The hosts were welcoming and easy to contact. The apartment is clean and spacious, 15 min ride from the Burgas airport. There is a bistro in the building, but we've not visited it. There is a pretty nice aqua-park (10 min walk) and two beaches nearby: a free one just next to the building (very shallow and good for kids, but overgrown with seaweeds deeper in the water) and a paid one 10-15 min away. The latter beach is big and sandy, there are no rocks or seashells at the bottom whatsoever. Most of the time nobody even bothered to collect payment for sunbeds and umbrellas, and it was never overcrowded in August. Restaurants in the Sveti Georgi area are relatively cheap and good.

The building is at the very far outskirts of Pomorie, and the area is not very nice: there are MANY abandoned apartment complexes, hotels, and shops nearby, including the spectacular Sunset Resort. That's a huge apartment complex and hotel abandoned in the end of 2022. That's why there are no good shops nearby: the nearest one is 30 min away on foot (if one walks slowly with kids). A very small shop is in the building itself, but it sells mostly drinks, alcohol, and snacks. There is also no paved sidewalk from the nearest bus station and shop to the building, and no street lamps. It can be a bit noisy at night since buses to and from Istanbul often stop at the building, but that was fine for us. The wider area where the building is located (Sveti Georgi) is not very touristic, which has its upsides and downsides: it preserves local atmosphere, but has few attractions and is rather dirty. The center of Pomorie is 15 min away by bus which goes every 30 min from a bus stop next to the abandoned Sunset Resort, or about 1 h on foot. Most shops and restaurants in the area do not accept cards, and there are very few ATMs.
