Host had good communication initially. Location is nice, close to pool and beach. Apartment is pretty clean. Kitchen is well stocked.

The bathroom is poorly designed. I am 5'2 and couldn't sit straight on the toilet due to the closeness of the counter..our taller people had more trouble. The sign in the apartment said to talk to reception to ask for pool or beach towels. As were were traveling to several places in Spain/Portugal from the US, we didn't have space for beach towels and assumed (wrongly) that the resort would have those available as do most resorts we have been to. When we went to reception they told us we would have to purchase beach towels. We asked for additional bath towels and they were quite rude about it, finally agreeing to send more, which never arrived. The air conditioner in the second bedroom does not work, we contacted the host and did not get a response. We also initially complained about the lack of view but I re-read the description and the view they spoke of was from the pool, not the apartment..that's on me. The second bedroom has metal "headboards" that are not actually attached to the beds and are quite noisy when a pillow rubs against them.

The location and easy acces to the pool and beach.

Seaview only from the terrace if you find the right spot, so basicaly no seaview as advertised.

Near beaches. Good starting point or "base camp" for various trips outside Porches, like Ria Formosa natural park, Silves Castle, Mount Foia, Praia de Bordeira, etc.

Personally would like more a little bit more private environment or surroundings BUT still this was a nice place!

Location is always #1. The beds and pillows were outstanding. Basket of Apples was a plus

The host was very kind and considerate. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. People at the reception were all very helpful and efficient.

Not enough ventilation in the bathroom. The mattress was too soft according to my preference.
