It is a great apartment with the best possible location! Next to Poznan Fairground and a walking distance from Poznan Glowny train station! A lot of tram and bus stops around, yet a quiet place, hidden behind Sheraton hotel! Only 15-20 minutes walking distance from Stary Rynek! Karol is a super host - very easy and prompt communication with him, helpful with all kinds of recommendations and suggestions about places to see and eat, very kind and attentive! He even offered to pick us up from the airport though it was not necessary because bus 159 goes directly to his place! The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds! Clean and modern bathroom!

There are neither curtains, nor a door in the kitchen which would not be such a big issue if the bathroom was not facing the kitchen and its window! Really uneasy and uncomfortable, trying always to get out of the bathroom fully dressed, especially in the evenings, when the lights are on! Light curtains in the bedrooms would be a nice extra, too, to keep the daylight in and still have some privacy if you happen to stay in the room during the day (otherwise the lights should be on since there are only dark curtains).

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Location was perfect for us and Karol was very welcoming when handing over the keys. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Poznań.

Karol the owner is great. We asked him for recommendations and be prepared a list for us upon arrival. The place is super clean and functional. Located about 15-20min walk to the centre. Lots of transport and restaurants nearby. He was even kind enough to let us stay well past the check out time as our flight was leaving in the evening
