"Great Value For Money"

The property was lovely and quirky. Had everything you need. Absolutely loved it. Host made regular contact to check in and made sure you had all the essentials for a lovely stay.

Couple of things were not as clean as I would have liked. But was no issue as there was plenty of stuff available to make it the way I would like it.

Loved the location, the bed was comfy, everything was clean.

The property was very warm, no bad thing, but was difficult to follow the owners wishes re what temperature to keep the heating at, and to maintain a comfortable temperature .

"A really enjoyable stay and I'd very much like to visit again"

I liked the location which was ideal as I was visiting my relatives in Matlock. The property was very comfortable, clean and tidy with all the facilities I needed. The decor was very modern and it was a really lovely place to stay.

The parking was slightly awkward but owing to the layout of the cul de sac it was probably as good as it could be.

"Cosy, comfortable and characterful studio handy for the town"

Cute green self contained studio. Own parking space. Decorated in warm rich colours, like Frida Kahlo painting. Unique and quirky furnishings. Cosy and comfortable. Handy for walking into Matlock.

Noise from busy road though not a huge problem for me.
