Prior written instructions from the owner felt overly strict and unwelcoming, and excessive emphasis on their live video surveillance of our comings and goings felt creepy.

Good location, easy access to places we wanted to visit

The bathroom door wouldn’t lock and the shower temperature was difficult to regulate

Comfortable, with everything you needed for a short stay

It's a really clever set up, and beautifully decorated. It's a short distance from Matlock. It's tiny, but had everything we needed, although a few more glasses would be a good idea.

A very minor detail - we couldn't access our Netflix account, but this wasn't a major issue! We couldn't close the blinds, but the proprietor had mentioned in the file that she would pop over and sort if we needed help.

Found a couple of long hairs in shower. Difficult to find place in the dark.

Good location , close to the centre of Matlock and on a quiet close Studio has lots of quirky features ,all the essentials and a comfy bed , It was good for a short break

There is an allocated parking space but I found it quite tricky to manoeuvre in and out Property is advertised as having WIFI but it wasn't connected during my stay
