Lokalizacja blisko Starego Miasta i Warty. Miejsce parkingowe w cenie apartamentu. Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa apartamentu. Tuż za rogiem fajny plac zabaw i pyszna cukiernia z pysznymi ciastami, lodami i kawką.

Apartament wymaga bardziej szczegółowego sprzątania (np. bardzo zakurzona górna część szafek w aneksie kuchennym i kratka wentylacyjna w łazience).
