"It was such a good getaway because we managed to jump in the pool for a bit in the morning in the middle of family’s eve"

"I'm really disappointed"

Nothing to like

I'm book this homestay 1 month before, by the time arrived the staff told me that the homestay is already have customer. How can be a double book? I'm really disappointed. My child already excited to stay there and do their fun activities but all of that only can happen if the staff alert with my booked.
