Airconditioner was working well and the water pressure was very good. The price was very fair.

wifi wasn’t working well and the way to enter the property was a bit complicated, and often did not work.

The rudeness of the owner who could have had much better people or customer service skills in his way of communicating.

Thin walls, you can hear the neighbours. Everything else was ok 👌

Location was great - right in town

Must have a european number to get in and out and was complicated to get into appartment - though host is super responsive, so was great at helping us out. Would recommend 2 person stay, was tight for 3

Great location, modern and clean

The sound transfer from other apartments was quite loud at times.

Dream apartment for tech affines who want to engage in youtube videos, high tech door opening systems with different codes to be run from your phone, etc.

For everybody else, a pure nightmare. As of 2 days before you get there, the owner will keep you busy with alternating requests for documents, address, sending videos and multiple codes.It took me some 10 chat messages and 2 phone calls in the days before the stay to enter the apartments, needless to say on all possible channels of communication. Door opening codes tailored to your phone number. You won't be able to leave this apartment without phone, nor will you be enter it ... e.g. not want to carry your phone to the beach, you run out of battery if your phone provider doesn't cover the area, leave alone a power cut, a system error, or whatever... On booking, they sold me the apartment with check-out time at 12.00h. But according to the owner, the automated condominium system locks you out at 10.30h. Otherwise, check the comments of other less enthusiastic guests (e.g. light). More than accurate, there is not a weak lamp but no lamp whatsoever in the sleeping space of the apartment.
