Wir waren sieben Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Rapallo und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und umfassend ausgestattet – es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders praktisch ist der private Parkplatz, was in Rapallo ein großer Vorteil ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Der Ort und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar, der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und mit dem Zug konnten wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Liguriens bequem erkunden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Man muss keine steilen Hügel erklimmen – sehr angenehm! Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im zweiten Stockwerk. Für unsere fünfköpfige Familie waren die zwei modernen Badezimmer ideal. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Morgens war etwas Straßenlärm zu hören, was aber insgesamt nicht stark störte. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr eng, mit unserem XC60 hat es gerade so gepasst. Das Schlafsofa ist bereits etwas durchgelegen, und die Einzelbetten sind für größere Personen etwas kurz und im Badezimmer wären ein paar zusätzliche Haken hilfreich gewesen.

The flat is ok, wide and well equiped with all the necessary things.. it is only 5min to the downtown. there is a parking for your car, safe and nice !

There were 7 of us and 1 person had to use the separate flat which was on the floor above, and it was not underlined in the booking refferences.. in that separate flat there was no bathroom, only toillete..

It was a perfect location. Walkable to shopping, restaurants, train station and grocery store.

We didn’t realize it was up 2 flights of stairs but once we had luggage up, it wasn’t an issue.

We liked the appartment at the 2nd floor, clean , good utilated and AC perfect in every room.2 min to the food store ,5 min to the beach, 5 min to Rapallo center. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops . Comunication with the host only in written , in english but ok

The 3 bedroom apparment in fact was a 2 bedroom app at 2nd floor and a single bed room with only toilette , no shower at 3rd floor . It should be sold separetly or at least an info prior arrival . Keys was incredible , hard to be used Selective trash collection along the house is very loud and very early colected 6am.

The location is right near the center of town and very close to the marina. We enjoyed walking the old town and the nearby grocery store. There was plenty of space for a family of 6. The AC worked well which was necessary given the warm summer temps.

Manager was very good about meeting us at property to clear up check-in process.
