Verry friendly staff!! Clean and Italy :) Based on my experience I would give them a 6.5 this could easily be boosted up, but I selected a 1 to lower their 9.1 rating.

Photos and rating on Booking.com give a wrong impression absolute not a 9.1 Lot of unnecessary inconvenient small problems in apartment, things missing ore defect and a terrible couch. To me it was not clear I had to check in at the hotel Salvadori next door, but this could be me. It's listed as a 6-person apartment I was happy it was just the three of us and if you stay at the top floor, I hope you're not taller than 1.80cm ore 5.9feet.
