L'appartamento è molto carino, luminoso, ampio e con finiture moderne e funzionali, situato in zona tranquilla e ben servita anche da autobus con fermata a 5 minuti, il centro dista circa 15 minuti di passeggiata.

Riscontrate molte zanzare, mancando le zanzariere sarebbe utile almeno un fornellino.

Sehr schöne, große, voll möblierte Wohnung mit separatem Zugang. Innenstadtnahe Lage! Sehr komfortabel ausgestattet! Parkplatz kostenfrei vor dem Haus.

In a quiet street with plenty of free on street parking, the upstairs flat overlooks a quiet courtyard/private garden. It is very spacious for a couple or even three people. The flat was fairly cool though we did use the aircon a little. For us it was a ten to fifteen minute pleasant walk into the centre of Ravenna with buildings of interest along the way. Ravenna was a planned stop-over for us for 3 nights/two full days and there was plenty to see in that time, it is famous for its mosaics. Thank goodness there were not the hordes of tour groups that there had been in Florence!!! Everything was in walking distance and so the car stayed put which was great. It always felt safe walking back late at night.

We had to ask where the entry key box was and what the code was. This information should have been provided before our arrival. Odd things, like no information - at all - regarding Ravenna or local shops/restaurants. We had to contact the owner for the wifi info and were told to look behind the router - not something I would normally do in someone elses property. The password was ridiculous but we eventually logged in using the QR code on the back of the router. There was no information on how to operate the spa shower. We could have tried things out, but life is too short. One of the cinema speakers is in just the right position to get knocked over. Three light bulbs in the lounge were not working, that made it a little dim in the evening. Lastly, it took over two weeks for our deposit (half the cost of the stay!) to be refunded. Don't get us wrong, it was still a good place to stay - but it could be excellent.
